Management Team

Penelope Victoria

Penelope started her career in the Banking industry in the early 2000’s until settling in the Technology sector in 2014, growing Tech start-ups and SME’s through internal improvement strategies and external funding rounds.Outside of work, Penelope loves travelling and the outdoors.

Chief Executive Officer

David Platt

Gaining an MBA Distinction award in Banking & Finance from Bangor University in 2016, David spent his career as an entrepreneur until settling at LM Technologies in 2020.

David loves experiencing diverse cultures around the world and spent three years establishing sustainable business development amongst the poorest people in Central and South America, focusing mainly on the agricultural and energy sectors. Living amongst the indigenous people of the Amazon basin in Peru and Colombia, David walked “a mile in their shoes” gaining a unique perspective on life. David is also an avid beekeeper and manages his own hives in Wales.

Operations Director

Ronald Henderson

Beginning his career in communications in the United States Air Force, Ron has over 12 years’ experience in the wireless communication industry. Before joining LM Technologies, he was involved in designing and testing development kits, modules, and custom adaptors at Laird.

As Head of R&D, Ron is responsible for all LM Technologies hardware and firmware, the production process, and overseeing our production and engineering partners across the globe.

In his spare time, Ron is a keen artist, and enjoys playing video games and spending time with his family.
